OREANDA-NEWS  Salmonella was found in the chicken of the Akashevo poultry farm from Mari El. This is reported by the Telegram channel Shot.

As part of the inspection of the poultry farm, specialists found non-compliance with the standards and took samples for laboratory tests. They found out that from January to May, the manufacturer allowed the release of unsafe products. Salmonellosis-causing bacteria were found in frozen fillets, Halal drumsticks, breast, liver of the Akashevskaya poultry farm.

Following the results of the inspection, the court decided to bring the manufacturer to administrative responsibility and imposed a fine of 700 thousand rubles. The decision has not yet entered into force.

Earlier, Rospotrebnadzor found salmonella in Papa Can sausages, which were sold at one of the Svetofor retail outlets in the Tver region. The sausages were supplied from the city of Gagarin in the Smolensk region, where the main livestock and processing facilities of the meat processing plant are located.
