OREANDA-NEWS  Gazprom is the leader among Russian companies present in the Chinese market, followed by Rosneft, Rusal and Sibur, Boris Titov, co-chairman of the Russian-Chinese Friendship, Peace and Development Committee (RCCDMR), told reporters, presenting the first rating of exporters to China prepared by the RCCDMR in cooperation with the FundSt. Petersburg politics".

The compilers of the rating, which was presented at the Russian-Chinese Small and Medium-Sized Business Forum in Moscow, evaluated companies based on two indicators: the intensity of their presence in the Chinese market and the potential for expanding supplies.

"Gazprom took the first place with 19 out of 20 possible points. Rosneft, Rusal and Sibur are next with 18 points each. Rosatom, Norilsk Nickel, Ilim Group, Novatek, Elga and Uralkali also entered the top ten (17 points each)," Titov said.
He recalled that Russian exports to China have more than doubled since 2020, from $57.2 billion to $124.8 billion in 2025, and in the first eight months of this year they have already reached $100.37 billion.

"The basis of our supplies is still formed by several large commodity circuits. The first is energy: oil, pipeline gas, LNG and coal. The second is metals: aluminum, copper, nickel, platinum group metals, and uranium. The third is timber and pulp and paper products," Titov said.

The fourth circuit, according to him, is chemical and petrochemical products: polymers, rubbers, methanol, mineral fertilizers and specialized chemical products. "The Fifth Circuit is growing especially fast and is attracting special attention. These are agro-industrial and food exports: vegetable oils, meat and poultry, fish and seafood, grains and their processed products," he added.
