"Every terrorist attack on the territory of the Russian Federation will have consequences," he said.
According to the diplomat, the Russian Armed Forces (AF) have launched systematic attacks on factories engaged in the production of Ukrainian drones and logistics enterprises.
On the evening of August 26, it became known that the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a missile attack on the Donetsk City shopping center, as well as attacked a bus with people in the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR).
