The government has allocated almost 1.2 billion rubles for the development of information systems of the Ministry of Agriculture

OREANDA-NEWS The government has allocated about 1.2 billion rubles for the development of information systems of the Ministry of Agriculture.
The relevant decree was signed on July 28, 2025 and posted on the official legal information portal.
The largest part of this amount - 278 million rubles - is directed to the development of a comprehensive information system for collecting and processing accounting and specialized reports of agricultural producers, the formation of summary reports, monitoring, accounting, control and analysis of subsidies to support agriculture.
Almost 91.3 million rubles have been allocated for the Single Window information system for collecting and analyzing industry data, 85 million rubles for FGIS Grain, 180 million rubles for the development of the information system in the field of agricultural seed production, and more than 155 million rubles for information security measures. Funds have been allocated for the development of other information systems.
As reported, in August 2024, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law regulating the provision of state support measures in the field of agriculture in electronic form. The information system of digital services for providing state support to farmers is scheduled to be launched on March 1, 2026. Its operator is the Ministry of Agriculture. The service will allow agricultural producers to submit industry reports in electronic form, as well as apply for preferential loans.
