OREANDA-NEWS Fraudulent correspondence in which intruders, on behalf of a well-known blogger, ask a child to take pictures of applications from their parents' phone to receive the Robux game currency was shown at the Department for organizing the fight against the illegal use of information and communication technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The materials published on the Telegram channel of the department show how scammers, on behalf of a well-known blogger, ask a child to complete a "task from a video" in order to receive 10 thousand of the game's "robux" currency. To do this, the attackers ask to take a picture of their parents' or grandmother's phone. After that, they convince the child to log into the banking application, enter the password and also take a picture of it.

According to the materials, in response to the child's objections that she is not allowed to take a photo, since this is a bank application, the attackers advise him to take the phone himself, because the parents "do not understand that we just want to get Robux" and allegedly the "robux card" has already been activated in the application.
