OREANDA-NEWS The acute shortage of qualified workers continues to be one of the most serious problems for businesses. This was stated by the head of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) Alexander Shokhin, quoted by TASS.

He noted that most Russian companies are currently facing significant difficulties in recruiting staff. Personnel shortage has affected more than two thirds of enterprises, Shokhin stated.

The head of the relevant association called technological changes additional challenges for the Russian labor market. In particular, we are talking about active robotization and automation of production processes. Under the current conditions, Shokhin concluded, it is necessary to adapt the personnel training system to the new realities as effectively as possible.
