OREANDA-NEWS The song "Horse" by the Lyube group should be included in the school curriculum. This was stated by music critic Evgeny Babichev in an interview with TASS.
The song was released in 1994. The music for it was written by composer Igor Matvienko, and the lyrics were written by songwriter Alexander Shaganov.
"The song has excellent authors, and many people think that this song is a folk song. It has become so firmly embedded in the cultural code of citizens," Babichev emphasized. The critic noted that it is precisely such "time-tested" compositions that students need to study in music lessons.
The day before, State Duma deputy Mikhail Romanov proposed introducing the song "Wreath" by People's Artist Nadezhda Kadysheva into the school curriculum. Before that, the Honored Artist of Russia Yuta (real name — Anna Osipova) called for studying the composition "Officers" by Oleg Gazmanov in music lessons.
