OREANDA-NEWS  The State Duma of the eighth convocation will open the ninth autumn session on Tuesday, which will last until the end of December. During this session, deputies plan to consider a bill on university admission benefits for stepsons and stepdaughters of ITS participants, and will also begin work on a bill to completely ban vaping in Russia.

The autumn session began on September 2, the first plenary session will be held on September 16, before that, deputies worked in the regions. Russian President Vladimir Putin noted earlier that the State Duma has a large and significant reserve for the autumn session.

The first plenary session of the session on Tuesday will begin with a speech by Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin. Next, speeches by representatives of the factions on topical socio-economic, political and other issues will be heard.
