OREANDA-NEWS  Russian drones, which consist of a frame and several FPV drones, will be able to deliver cargo to units in advanced positions. The capabilities of the devices were evaluated in the publication of the American edition of Forbes.

The author drew attention to the footage of the use of Russian heavy drones, which were nicknamed "Roach". The design is based on four conventional FPV drones and a large frame that combines them. The result is a multi-rotor type drone, and each FPV drone performs the functions of a separate main rotor. In this case, one "Roach" may differ from another in the shape of the frame or the location of the main components.

The interlocutor of the publication, who studied the use of the "Wobble", admitted that in the future the best design of the device will be determined experimentally. This will make it possible to unify products and establish mass production.

Heavy vehicles can carry various loads, including anti-tank mines weighing about 10 kilograms. The publication admitted that such devices will be used for the urgent delivery of water, food or medicines.

Earlier in February, a "Wobble" with a TM-62 anti-tank mine was spotted in the SVO zone. The device can drop ammunition on a target or provide remote mining of the direction.
