OREANDA-NEWS  In Kaluga, near the building of the city council, the hands on the clock stopped — they have not shown the time since December. This is reported by the "Rise".

Kaluzhans were the first to notice problems on Lenin Street. Later it turned out that the reason for the "timelessness" was the lack of electricity. "Work is planned to replace the cable. Of course, we know about the problem," a representative of the Kaluga Municipal Administration told the newspaper. At the same time, it is not known how long the mechanism will work again.

Earlier in January, it became known that the city of Biysk in the Altai Territory was plunged into darkness — its residents were left without electricity due to planned outages. In addition, the water was turned off in the city due to damage to the pipeline.
