JSC “IDGC of Center and North Caucasus” Regional Grid Companies Executives Meeting Held
OREANDA-NEWS. On May 16, 2007 a meeting of the executives of JSC “IDGC of Center and North Caucasus” Southern Directorate regional grid companies took place on the premises of JSC “Astrakhanenergo”, reported the press-centre of JSC “IDGC of Center and North Caucasus”.
The participants summed up the results of RGC activities for the 1st quarter and discussed the targets on implementing investment programs in 2007.
Igor Antropenko, Head of the JSC ‘IDGC of Center and Northern Caucasus” Southern Directorate, Sergei Arkhipov, Evgeni Babin, Mikhail Stolyarov, Managing Directors of JSC “Rostovenergo”, JSC “Volgogradenergo”, JSC “Astrakhanenergo”, and their deputies for economic affairs were present.
Igor Antropenko noted, that all three RGCs met the basic indexes of industrial and financial activities through effective work. The power industry companies reached key performance indicators, including ROE (return on entry) and the index of losses in the grids. He also positively estimated the integration process of the “Astrkommunenergo” municipal complex with the JSC “Astrakhanenergo” distribution company. This can serve as a sample for other systems of the JSC “IDGC of Center and North Caucasus” Southern Directorate service area. Special emphasis made on health and safety at work issues. The Head of the Southern Directorate hoped that it will be possible to meet the demands of FGC and RAO “UES of Russia”.
Mikhail Stolyarov, the Managing Director of JSC “Astrakhanenergo” spoke of the work results of the 1st quarter. He said that the company net profit equaled 22 mln 668 ths rubles, at the plan of 24 mln 531 ths rubles, while the power losses amounted to 13,79%.
