OREANDA-NEWS. May 15, 2007. Human resources department executives and specialists of distribution grid companies of the IDGC of “Center and North Caucasus” service area underwent the “Human Resources” training program during 5 months, reported the press-centre of  JSC “IDGC of Center and North Caucasus”.
The training program was specially developed for the IDGC by the ADVEC (the multiproduct consulting agency, the key activities of which are business training, management and HR consulting), and comprised 10 logically related training seminars on the following topics:
- Staff recruitment (recruiting). Interview techniques;
- Personnel evaluation. Competence modeling;
- Organizational planning;
- Motivation and personnel promotion;
- Regulation of human resources activities;
- Systematic of corporate training organization;
- Personnel reserve. Formation and development;
- Cost management for personnel;
- Human resources according to ISO 9001:2000.
It should be noted that the training was designed with a view for achieving the company strategic targets and mission. Nikolai Ozhereliev, the leading specialist of the Human Resource Department of JSC ‘IDGC of Center and North Caucasus” said: “Nowadays the managerial improvement policy of JSC ‘IDGC of Center and North Caucasus” and the RGCs of its service area has approved. That is why it was very important for us, that all specialists who work in human resources departments understand it correctly. Unified approaches, requirements and standards in human resource management, which are approved by the managerial improvement policy should be approached at the seminars”.
