TIBO-2007: In the Day of Accident at the Chernobyl Atomic Power Station the Presentation of Creative Works, which Were Made by the Participants of the Project “Renascence. Children to the XXI Century” Was Held at the Stand of “Beltelecom”
OREANDA-NEWS. May 22, 2007. The demonstration of children works took place at the stand of “Beltelecom” on April 26, the day of Accident at the Chernobyl Atomic Power Station. The participants of the project “Renascence. Children to the CCI Century” came from 18 countries of the world, reported the press-centre of Beltelecom.
The managers of the project, that is International Women’s Club of Ambassadors’ and Diplomats’ Wives headed by the president of the club Zeinab Elgodzh, the wife of the Latvian ambassador, and also the participants of the project themselves, that is the secondary school ¹ 200 with a bias to aesthetics, were at the presentation. The school ¹ 200 was organized specially for the children that had moved from Chernobyl area.
Among the guests of the stand “Beltelecom” and the participants of the children project there were also children from the Republic Rehabilitation Centre of handicapped children, volunteer students of the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics and the University of Culture and Arts. All the children received gifts from RUE ”Beltelecom” and looked at their own works with great pleasure on the web-site www.artbaby.open.by, using free internet access organized at the stand of the operator .
At the TIBO-2007 Internet awards the site “Art of World Children” took the third prize in the nomination “Site for Children and Youth”.
Today, on the closing day of the 14th International Specialized Exhibition TIBO-2007, the results will be made and the participants will be awarded.
TIBO-2007 is opened. According to the traditions RUE “Beltelecom” is one of the participants.
Exhibitions are generally can be different. Artistic, specialized, international…But all of them have those attributes that make them exhibitions.
Formal opening
Deputy Minister of communications and informatization Nikolai Strukov opened the 14th International Specialized Exhibition and Congress TIBO-2007. In the welcoming speech he was speaking about the importance of the development in the telecommunication sphere, about the steps in the direction of society informatization that our government take.
The wishes of new ideas and favorable contacts were extended and the red ribbon was cut. The exhibition is opened!
Stand
At the exhibition TIBO-2007 “Beltelecom” determined the concept of its stand as “Beltelecom” in e-belarus project”. The business style of the stand was supported by its structure. The stand of the national operator can be nominally divided into 4 parts.
The central part is meant for a client consulting on all the issues concerning “Beltelecom” services, which could be interesting.
2 sidepieces of the stand are “research areas” for the national operator services.
Byfly area lets everybody who is interested try the “flight” opportunities of Byfly in the Internet, get the price plan information of the brand and find out the conditions of the connection.
Hosting zone presents hosting from Beltelecom based on the Data Processing Centre. The specialist at the stand consults on all issues and the video presentation gives an idea of the Data Processing Centre itself.

If you move a little more inside the stand you will find a conference hall, which was created specially for the seminars and conferences.
