OREANDA-NEWS. CJSC "Federation Tower Management", a subsidiary of MIRAX GROUP Corporation, has signed a contract with Jones Lang LaSalle, a leading consulting company in the sphere of commercial real estate, on the subletting of shopping space located in the Federation business complex.

According to the signed agreement, Jones Lang LaSalle will provide services to CJSC "Federation Tower Management" in the field of marketing and subletting of space located on floors 1, -1 and -2 of the Federation business complex. These floors will house a luxury class shopping and entertainment center called Grand Life Complex, with a total area of 10,000 square meters, featuring unique design solutions that were specially elaborated for the Federation complex by YabuPushelberg.

Grand Life Complex in the Federation Complex is a shopping center in the spirit of the lifestyle concept. The vestibule and underground floors of the complex are a space where the images of foods and other goods are intermingled with the life experience of the visitor and appeal to his or her senses. Visitors will find themselves in a unique place that will be the prototype of lifestyle centers in Moscow.

Part of the shopping space that will be sublet on the first floor is located right inside the entrance to the Grand Hyatt Moscow Hotel.

Floor -1 will have a special system of shop windows that will be avant-garde in design and well thought out in its functionality. The unique building management system of the Federation Complex will be located here, next to the shopping area. Guests of the Federation business complex will be able to observe the work of operators from special viewing rooms.

Floor -2 of the complex will house the entrance to the observation deck of the Federation Complex. Panoramic elevators will carry guests from floor -2 to the 89th floor, where they will be able to enjoy the view of Moscow in tour groups.

Floor -3 will house restaurants and a high-end specialty food shop managed by Grand Hyatt Moscow Company. The four corners of the floor will feature unique cuisine that will combine local and world gastronomical traditions. Visitors will be able to enjoy fine dining or buy aromatic freshly-prepared dishes, sauces, and unique delicacies to take home.
