OREANDA-NEWS. On August 29, 2007 Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty), shares and bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list, informed KASE that, on August 17 of 2007, the Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) registered additions to the prospect of bank's shares' issue, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The prospect of bank's shares' issue was amplified with the appendix one, "Rules of redeeming of the offered shares by Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC and methods of valuation of shares to be redeemed" (Rules) that was confirmed by the decision of the general shareholders' meeting dated September 24 of 2003. The changes and additions in the specified Rules were confirmed by the decision of the general shareholders' meeting dated April 19 of 2006.

The issue of shares of Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC had been registered by AFS on December 4 of 2006 under A3387 number. The issue is composed of 1,129,016,660 common shares KZ1C33870011, 24,742,000 preferred stocks KZ1P33870117 and 80,225,222 preferred stocks KZ1P33870216 convertible into common shares.
