OREANDA-NEWS. October 30, 2007. Seeking to even more facilitate the payment of bills for customers, TEO LT, AB (hereinafter – TEO), an integrated telecommunication, IT and TV services provider, will from now on provide them also on the online banking system of SEB Vilniaus Bankas, Lithuania’s major commercial bank, reported the press-centre of TEO.

TEO customers using this system will have the possibility to find information about services provided during the last month and their bill amount. It will take customers a few seconds to make payments.

According to Darius Gudaciauskas, Chief Sales Officer of TEO, the Company pays particularly great attention to improving customer care – customer care centres are being renovated, customer care by phone is being constantly improved, it is being sought to maximally ease the procedure of payment for services.

“More and more our customers use the opportunity to pay for our services through the Internet. Now this will become even more simple – TEO customers, having logged in to the online banking system of SEB Vilniaus Bankas, will see a notice about the bills that have been issued to them and will be able to pay them instantly on the spot“, - D. Gudaciauskas said.

“We continuously receive positive feedback from our customers about electronic bills sent to them by SEB Group companies which customers can review and pay instantly online. We are glad that from now on we will be able to save time and make the day easier for a large number of TEO customers as well", – Vytautas Sinius, Executive Vice President and Head of Retail Banking of SEB Vilniaus Bankas, said.

According to V. Sinius, this convenient service is attracting increasing attention from companies that have the possibility to provide electronic bills. “We are the only bank in Lithuania that provides its customers with the possibility of sending and paying electronic bills. We seek that our online banking system becomes an as universal-as-possible tool for customers to handle their financial affairs“, – V. Sinius said.

Seeking to save natural resources, since September TEO has started providing bills electronically to its customers using the Internet services. Customers can review and print them out on the online self-service system “Mano TEO” (My TEO), which operates 24 hours a day (available online at www.manoteo.lt).

The system My TEO also allows placing online orders of new services, managing already ordered ones, reviewing the spreadsheets of telephone calls and statistics on the usage of other services, exchanging the accumulated points of the “Biciuliai” (Friends) Loyalty Program for services or prizes, and getting special offers.
