OREAND-NEWS. November 26, 2007. The Container Terminal of Novorossiysk Port (NCSP's) subsidiary Novoroslesexport has received new hoisting equipment delivered by ZPMC, one of the leading manufacturers of specialized container handling machinery, Novorossiysk Port's press service reported. The port concluded a supply contract with ZPMC in June 2006. The total cost of machinery, shipment, assistance with installation and commissioning, and crane maintenance training is about USD 12 MM.

The delivery of ZPMC cranes is part of the Novorossiysk Port's investment program aimed at enhancing the port's transhipment capacity with a focus on most profitable cargos.
 
The five new cranes will be used in Novoroslesexport Container Terminal and include two STS container loaders, two RTG wheel-mounted gantry cranes and one RMG track-riding double-cantilever gantry crane.
