OREANDA-NEWS. On January 22, 2009 Sviaz-Bank reported having paid the seventh coupon on its Series 01 bonds (the bond issue was registered under official number 40101470B on April 2, 2007) in full and on schedule, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid their coupon interest at a rate of 8.9% per annum, or 22 rubles 19 kopecks per bond. In all, the Bank paid 44,380,000 rubles in coupon interest.

Sviaz-Bank floated its Series 01 bonds, with a maturity of four years, on April 26, 2007, on the MICEX Stock Exchange, aiming to raise 2 billion rubles from the sale of the issue. The issue terms offered a two-year redemption option at 100% of par.
