OREANDA-NEWS. March 03, 2010. Since 1 March DemirBank has started termless campaigns on plastic cards – “Only 5 Manats” and “Free of Charge”.

The Bank says that campaign “Only 5 Manats” enables getting Visa Classic and MasterCard Standard cards by all persons only for 5 manats without a necessity to pay initial instalment to a card account and other payments.

Campaign “Free of Charge” enables to get cards freely by making an initial instalment to a card account. The customer can start using the card money on the day of card receipt.

DemirBank also issues free cards to depositors who can at will to receive through card a credit line to be 70% of the deposit size. In accordance with its social-targeted policy DemirBank also conduct campaign “Free Plastic Cards for Students Abroad”.

“On the basis of a card development program we realized a series of card innovations. The fresh campaigns will expand population’s opportunities on getting cards. We also plan other measures on cards that will ensure more convenient and active use of our cards by customers,” emphasized Yusif Jabbarov, DemirBank’s deputy chairman of board.

A card account can be opened in manats, US dollars, euro and pounds of sterling. DemirBank offers an opportunity of interest-free credit line on cards up to 38 days, individual design of card, urgent order and receipt of a card for 15-60 minutes (Express Card Service), transfer of money from a card to a card (Card-to-Card), notification about operations on card to mobile phone (SMS-Bank), payment of communication services, public utilities and other services/goods through DemirBank’s website.

DemirBank offers country’s only service Telephone-Bank allowing cardholders to pay cellular services and public utilities after calling on 3-digit telephone number 149 to DemirBank’s Infor-Centre.
