OREANDA-NEWS. June 03, 2010. The Personnel Service of OAO TATNEFT organized the first staff Forum. The topic discussed by managers and human resources executives of divisions, subsidiaries and service entities of TATNEFT Group of Companies, as well as by representatives of the Energy Consulting Group and SAP, concerned development of the personnel management system, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

The Forum allowed the participants to get acquainted with the best solutions used in world practice of personnel management and with the ones implemented at production enterprises of TATNEFT.

Group discussions were arranged in the framework of the Forum, heads of personnel departments outlined problem points in the field of personnel management and elaborated a uniform solution. Training sessions were aimed at developing the ability to use appropriate tools for selection of personnel to the personnel reserve, pooling of the participants for team work.

Currently, OAO TATNEFT operates not only in Tatarstan and in the Russian Federation but also abroad. Human potential and comprehensive work with the staff help to successfully compete with Russian, as well as with international oil companies.

Systematic approach to the selection, training and further education of the employees, which is applied at TATNEFT, has proved its effectiveness. The Company has developed and introduced corporate management standards, which formed the basis of a unified automated personnel management system based on SAP R / 3 software products.

All relevant reporting of the Company required in terms of legislation of the Russian Federation is created in the framework of a single system.

A pilot implementation of the automated personnel management system brought together 23 structural divisions of OAO TATNEFT, which employ more than 22 thousand persons. The next step is introduction of a unified personnel management system in TATNEFT Group of Companies.
