On Thursday, July 15, there was a sluggish day on Ukrainian equity market. Market participants were focused on negative statistics from the US and China. The UX index dropped by 0.93%, or 18.30 ppt, to 1955.57 ppt. Equity turnover was low at UAH 54.4mn. Some activity was observed in banking, metals& mining and utilities sectors. UNAF went down 0.28% on UAH 6.6mn staying in focus. BAVL was the only bank stock to finish in black picking up 0.57% on UAH 7.5mn while USCB and FORM dropped 1.36% and 1.54% respectively. ALMK and AZST went down 0.3% and 0.64%, respectively. Gencos showed weak dynamics over the day. CEEN (-1.75%) was for sale while DNEN was the worst performing stock for the second consecutive day dropping by 2.28%.
