OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2010. Power Machines company is to manufacture a steam turbine and generator for the fifth power unit of Vojany thermal power plant.

A contract for the manufacture and procurement of power equipment for VojanyЎЇs fifth power unit was signed with Slovakia-based SlovenskЁ¦ elektrЁўrne, subsidiary of Enel Group.

Under the contract, Power Machines is to manufacture and deliver the K-110-140 steam turbine and the §ґFP-110-2/13,8 turbine generator rated at 110 MW to replace the relevant systems installed at the plantЎЇs fifth unit. The procurement is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2011.
