- XS0532995049, XS0532996799 (BTASe15; USD5,221,494,216, circulation start -    July 1, 2010, maturity date - 2020-2022, payment of amounts under    restoration - December 31, March 31, June 30 and September 30 of each year,    starting from December 31, 2010).

This decision of the Listing Commission became effective on December 27, 2010 due to fulfillment by the issuer of conditions specified in item1, Article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules".

Opening of trading in the said bonds on KASE will be communicated additionally.

The Bank of New York Mellon (Luxembourg) S.A. will keep the system of registers  of holders of the said bonds.

The Bank of New York Mellon (London) will act as principal payment agent and  transfer agent for the bonds.
