DIXY Group (RTS, MICEX: DIXY) - one of Russia's leading retailers of foods and everyday products - has announced DIXY Group consolidated revenue (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date on 15 June 2011) growth of 55.5% in RUR (61.8% in USD) for the eleven months of 2011 over the same period last year, and consolidated revenue growth for November 2011 by 87.2% in Russian rubles (89.0% in US dollars).

For the eleven months of 2011 the combined company opened 217 stores with 1,050 stores under operation as of 30 November 2011, including 1,002 neighborhood stores, 29 supermarkets, 18 compact hypermarkets and 1 cash&carry store.

DIXY Group total consolidated revenue (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date on 15 June 2011) for the eleven months of 2011 increased by 55.5% in RUR (61.8% in USD) over the same period last year and amounted to 89.1 billion RUR (3.1 billion USD). DIXY Group total consolidated revenue for November of 2011 increased by 87.2% in RUR (89.0% in USD) over the same period last year and amounted to 10.5 billion RUR (342.2 million USD).

DIXY Group total pro-forma revenue for the eleven months of 2011 increased by 19.9% in RUR (24.8% in USD) and amounted to 108.6 billion RUR (3.7 billion USD). Total pro-forma revenue for November of 2011 increased by 17.1% in RUR (18.2% in USD) and amounted to 10.5 billion RUR (342.2 million USD).

1.         DIXY Group consolidated revenue by format (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date on 15 June 2011)

For the eleven months of 2011 over the same period of last year:

•           Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 49.0% in RUR (55.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 72.4 billion (USD 2.5 billion).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 315.5% in RUR (332.3% in USD) and amounted to RUR 8.1 billion (USD 279.0 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format increased by 15.3% in RUR (20.0% in USD) and amounted to RUR 7.4 billion (USD 253.5 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH (consolidated only in 2011) amounted to RUR 395.3 million (USD 13.6 million).

•           Consolidated revenue from other DIXY Group activities, such as sublease income and wholesale revenue, increased by 121.0% in RUR (130.0% in USD) and amounted to RUR 805.5 million (USD 27.6 million).

For November of 2011 over the same period of last year:

•           Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 70.5% in RUR (72.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 8.2 billion (USD 267.4 million).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 656.1% in RUR (663.5% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.3 billion (USD 43.8 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format increased by 31.8% in RUR (33.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 769.6 million (USD 25.7 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH (consolidated only in 2011) amounted to RUR 67.6 million (USD 2.2 million).

•           Consolidated revenue from other DIXY Group activities, such as sublease income and wholesale revenue, increased by 223.1% in RUR (226.3% in USD) and amounted to RUR 112.6 million (USD 3.7 million).

2.         DIXY Group pro-forma revenue by format

For the eleven months of 2011 over the same period of 2010:

•           Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 21.8% in RUR (26.7% in USD) and amounted to RUR 85.1 billion (USD 2.9 billion).

•           DIXY stores retail revenue increased by 26.3% in RUR (31.4% in USD) and amounted to RUR 61.3 billion (USD 2.1 billion).

•           Retail revenue from Kvartal/Deshevo/Semeynaya Kopilka stores increased by 11.6% in RUR (16.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 23.8 billion (USD 817.1 million).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 13.6% in RUR (18.2% in USD) and amounted to RUR 14.2 billion (USD 485.6 million).

•           Retail revenue from Victoria supermarkets increased by 13.9% in RUR (18.6% in USD) and amounted to RUR 12.0 billion (USD 410.7 million).

•           Retail revenue from MINIMART supermarkets increased by 11.5% in RUR (16.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 2.2 billion (USD 74.9 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format (MEGAMART stores) increased by 15.3% in RUR (20.0% in USD) and amounted to RUR 7.4 billion (USD 253.5 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH increased by 1.6% in RUR (5.7% in USD) and amounted to RUR 839.7 million (USD 28.8 million).

•           Pro-forma revenue from other DIXY Group activities, such as sublease income and wholesale revenue, increased by 13.4% in RUR (18.0% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.1 billion (USD 39.1 million).

For November of 2011 over the same period of 2010:

•           Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 17.2% in RUR (18.3% in USD) and amounted to RUR 8.2 billion (USD 267.4 million).

•           DIXY stores retail revenue increased by 29.6% in RUR (30.9% in USD) and amounted to RUR 6.2 billion (USD 203.4 million).

•           Retail revenue from Kvartal/Deshevo/Semeynaya Kopilka neighborhood stores decreased by 10.2% in RUR (9.3% in USD) and amounted to RUR 2.0 billion (USD 64.0 million). Revenue decrease for Kvartal/Deshevo/Semeynaya Kopilka format was due to store closings for rebranding to DIXY format in the North-Western region. As of 30 November 2011, 30 Kvartals stores were rebranded to DIXY format.

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 11.0% in RUR (12.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.3 billion (USD 43.8 million).

•           Retail revenue from Victoria supermarkets increased by 10.8% in RUR (11.9% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.1 billion (USD 37.3 million).

•           Retail revenue from MINIMART supermarkets increased by 12.0% in RUR (13.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 199.1 million (USD 6.5 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format (MEGAMART stores) increased by 31.8% in RUR (33.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 769.6 billion (USD 25.1 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH decreased by 12.4% in RUR (11.6% in USD) and amounted to RUR 67.6 million (USD 2.2 million).

•           Retail revenue from other DIXY Group activities, such as sublease income and wholesale revenue, increased by 20.4% in RUR (21.5% in USD) and amounted to RUR 112.6 million (USD 3.7 million).
