OREANDA-NEWS. January 23, 2012. Foreign trade turnover of Kazakhstan in January-November 2011 amounted to 113,197.6 million dollars and compared with January-November 2010 increased by 41.8%, including exports - 79,820.8 million U.S. dollars (51.7%), imports - 33,376.8 million U.S. dollars (22.6% increase), reported the press-centre of KASE.

"Outstripping growth in exports over imports, as well as significant growth in export prices compared with import prices, said the improvement of foreign trade situation in Kazakhstan, it markedly improves the balance of payments of the country", - was stated in the report of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Statistics.

As indicated, the volume of retail sales for the period amounted to 3,673.2 billion tenge (without recourse to public supply) and increased by 12.5% compared to January-December 2010.

The volume of wholesale trade for the period amounted to 10,003.6 billion KZT and increased by 15.5% compared to January-December 2010.

The volume of services to provide food and beverages during the reporting period amounted to 172.6 billion tenge, an increase of 15.7% compared to January-December 2010.
