OREANDA-NEWS. March 09, 2012. Regular TANECO BOD meeting took place under the chairmanship of Farit Davletshin.

Board of Directors discussed the current production and financial activities of OJSC TANECO. The meeting was mainly focused on the review of HR and Social Policy Plans in the current year.

To accomplish the production and social tasks given by the RT Government and JSC Tatneft OJSC TANECO managed to involve highly-experienced personnel. At present the actual number of personnel makes 2227 people. There are still vacant positions for the process job. To fill up the vacancies TANECO cooperates with educational institutions, employment centers of Nizhnekamsk, Naberezhniye Chelny and Kazan, and also participates in the Republican and Local Recruitment Fairs. TANECO established the system of uninterruptible vocational training for workers, specialists and managers. In 2012 different types of training are planned for 1807 employees and 15.7 mln.rbl. will be allocated for these purposes. The average age of TANECO specialists is currently 35 years. The status of the young specialist allows a newcomer to receive social and economic support, continue training and professional improvement. Youth Committee and Youth Professionals Board jointly with Administration and Trade Union of the Company developed the action plan for a year which includes courses of Industrial Management Academy, TANECO Research and Practice Conferences and JSC Tatneft workshops in the sphere of Oil and Gas Refinery, JSC Tatneft corporate university, etc.

OJSC TANECO social and HR policy is aimed at involvement of the highly professional personnel. The existing programs for healthcare, recreation and housing provision are focused on strengthening of OJSC TANECO position like a prestigious and worthy working place.
