OREANDA-NEWS. The sales of the SOLLERS company group, which represents the UAZ, SsangYong and ISUZU brands, equaled 20,148 vehicles in Q1 of 2013, which supersedes the results of 2012 by 2 % (19,742 vehicles of the abovementioned brands).

By the sales growth rate, the leaders are SsangYong vehicles: in Q1 of 2013 their sales turnover increased by 12 %. In this period, 7,103 vehicles of the Korean brand were sold compared to 6,328 a year before. The most popular model in Q1 became SsangYong Actyon; its sales increased by 51 %, which is accounted for by the availability of a new version of the vehicle with a petrol engine and automatic transmission.

In the first three months of 2013, the sales of UAZ off-road vehicles on the domestic and export markets equaled 12,841 vehicles, which is 2 % less than the sales volume in Q1 of the previous year. However, the volume of export sales in this period increased by 15 % and equaled 1,490 vehicles. The leader of the sales volume growth in Q1 was UAZ Pickup with a 41 % sales increase. We remind you that this vehicle is now available with a diesel engine and upgraded interior.

The sales volume of ISUZU light commercial vehicles and trucks in January – March 2013 equaled 204 vehicles. The sales volume of ISUZU vehicles increases by 4 % in this period, mainly due to the growing popularity of the NPR75 model.
