Norilsk Nickel has strengthened its position in the employers attractiveness rating and goes on retaining the title of the best employer among mining and metallurgical companies, is the opinion of Universum, international consulting corporation that analyzes annually, since 1988, opinions of students and graduates in more than 30 countries and is a world leader on employers branding. In 2013, investigation was held in 72 best high educational schools of Russia, recruiting about 10,5 thousand students.

Both Russian companies and international holdings took part in the procedure which did not impede Norilsk Nickel to become number one employer in the mining and metallurgical field.
The investigation located Norilsk Nickel at the 13th place (17th in 2012) as to Technical occupations trend, at the 27th place  (36th in 2012) as to Information technologies trend and 28th place (36th in 2012) as to Business and economics trend.
