OREANDA-NEWS. July 30, 2013. A discussion seminar for cooperation with central enterprises on win-win basis was successfully convened in Qinhuangdao City of Hebei Province.

A delegation of MCC Group headed by President Guo Wenqing took part in the meeting and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Qinhuangdao Municipal Government.

Prior to the signing ceremony, Guo Wenqing held in-depth friendly communication and discussion with Mayor Shang Liguang of Qinhuangdao Municipal Government. Guo made a detailed introduction to Mayor Shang on the glorious history and development situation of MCC Group. He emphasized that, MCC Group enjoyed consolidated foundation and sources for cooperation, quite a few MCC subsidiaries and projects witnessed fast and sound development in Qinhuangdao.

Most of all, the housing, sewage treatment and infrastructure construction projects newly started in 2010 had demonstrated positive effect on the economic growth in the local area and the mutual collaboration between both parties. At the same time, taking advantages of the new thoughts and development planning of CPC Qinhuangdao Municipal Committee and Qinhuangdao Municipal Government, MCC Group would spare no efforts in offering services to the city.

Shang Liguang extended warm welcome and gratitude to Guo Wenqing and his delegation members. The Mayor made a briefing on the city of Qinhuangdao in terms of its geographical location, administration structure, population size, GDP, revenue and industrial structure.

 In addition, he also made a detailed introduction to the advantages of the city in respect of the political, ecological environment, historical/cultural resources and development. Shang expected MCC Group to further intensify the investment for development in Qinhuangdao and put forward valuable proposals for the deficiencies of the city.

Under the witness by all the participants, Vice President Zhang Zhaoxiang of MCC and Mayor Shang Liguang signed the strategic agreement respectively on behalf of each party.
The relevant division leaders of both parties were present at the meeting and the signing ceremony.
