OREANDA-NEWS. November 14, 2013. The authorities of Kazakhstan are planning to create a system of registration of immovable property which is analogous to the Ukrainian system, where the right of registration is possessed by notaries as well.

Yernar Ibrayev, deputy chief of the Committee of Registration Service and Legal Assistance of Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan told.

“In the Parliament we have initiated a draft law that will also afford to include into database the information which is the result of authorization of a deal by the notary,” Yernar Ibrayev noted.

Moreover, he added that presently in Kazakhstan there exists a system of registration of immovable property when the notary ascertains the agreement and only afterwards addresses the registration service.

It should be noted, a delegation of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan arrived to the State Registration Service. Specialists of the State Registration Service will acquaint the Kazakh colleagues with the system of state registration of immovable property rights in effect in Ukraine. The parties are also to discuss general issues of registration of immovable property rights in Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
