OREANDA-NEWS. September 04, 2014. Based on direction from the government, PT Pertamina (Persero) normalizes the supply of subsidized fuels to customers so that there will be no more long queues at gas stations (SPBU).
 
Pertamina Corporate Communication Vice President Ali Mundakir said that after studying the situational development in the society, Pertamina, starting tonight, Tuesday (26/8), decided to normalize the supply of subsidized fuels to the people so there would be no more supply cut for Premium and diesel fuels. However, he added, the distribution would still be conducted under tight measure and direction based on the condition of each area.
 
“Starting tonight, the distribution of subsidized fuels to gas stations will be normalized to fix the situation. Regarding to the potential of the distribution of subsidized fuels that may exceed the revised 2014 state budget, the government will decide a policy solution which will not cause financial loss to Pertamina,” he said.
