OREANDA-NEWS. Swedbank has launched an invoice guide on its Internet Banking site to help customers find out all payment options for their invoice and choose the one that suits them best. The guide is available in the "Payments” section. Swedbank customers collectively pay roughly 1.5 million invoices each month, which makes such a guide useful and relevant for customers.

With the invoice guide, the customer can find out when they can choose the e-invoice, standing order, defined payment, ATM, bank transfer via Internet Banking or instant transfer via mobile app. You only need to select the payment recipient and invoice amount.

The guide also gives customers various tips on the most convenient way to pay the invoice in question. For example, if the amount of the monthly invoice is constant, one can set up standing order via Internet Banking and the payments will happen on a recurring basis. Alternatively, the payment order can be saved as a predefined payment if one expects to pay more invoices from the same service provider in the future.

The number of e-invoice providers on the Internet Banking site is also growing constantly. The most recent additions include SIA Izdevniecība Rīgas Viļņi, AS Nomo.lv and the private school Patnis.
