OREANDA-NEWS. According to Auto-Dealer-Yekaterinburg agency, 13,604 new passenger cars and light commercial vehicles were sold in Yekaterinburg in January-April 2015, which is 49% less than for the same period last year. The market declined by 48% in April – 3,383 vehicles were sold in the city. The result was worse than in February and March, but there was no such decline dynamics as in March (-54%).

Only one brand in the Top-10 had positive sales dynamics in April - Hyundai. Lada became the market leader last month, which enabled the brand to push Nissan from the second position as per the results of January-April.

The share of Yekaterinburg in the total vehicle sales in Russia in January-April was 2.6%.
