OREANDA-NEWS. KAMAZ management used to plan to reach 30% export level in  2020. But now there is an understanding that it must be done much faster. Hence the continuing business trips of the enterprise’s specialists to Cairo, Egypt, and so on.

Under the continuing decline in sales of both passenger cars and trucks in the domestic market of Russia KAMAZ General Director Sergey Kogogin stakes on more aggressive export policy. In the first quarter of 2015 export increased by about 7%, and since then the rate has not declined.

KAMAZ General Director believes that the share of export in the company’s  activity should be around 30%-40%.
