OREANDA-NEWS. Ministry of Industry and Trade distributed 5 billion rubles on the program of recycling and trade-in during the second half of 2015. Almost all of the money, 40% of subsidies went to AvtoVAZ and among foreign manufacturers the greater amount was received by Nissan - 8.9%.

In particular, from 5 billion rubles - 4.4 billion rubles were received by AVTOVAZ (2 billion rubles), "GAZ Group" (1.5 billion rubles), UAZ (740 million rubles) and KAMAZ (170 million rubles). The rest of the funds were divided by three foreign automakers - Nissan (447 million rubles), Sollers-Isuzu (60 million rubles) and Toyota (53 million rubles).

The state program of recycling was launched in September of 2014 to support car sales in a falling market. According to it, the car manufacturers provided customers with discounts on the purchase of the new cars by using the trade-in or recycling of old cars. The state reimburses the costs for companies in the form of grants. Discounts were compensated only on cars, assembled in Russia. Last year, for the program it was allocated in two tranches 10 billion and 2.9 billion rubles, this year - 5 billion rubles in the first half and the same amount in the second.

Many foreign automakers, though not got the money for the second tranche in 2015, managed to increase the quotas in the framework of recycling and trade-in programs. Hyundai (with account of Kia), for example, has received 10% of the total grant this year against 5% in the last year. Renault share increased from 4,3 to 5,9%, Volkswagen - from 5 to 5.5%. The largest share increase was at Nissan - from 1.7 to 6.7%.

In 2014, the money by the program was distributed based on the volume of production, sales and localization. In 2015, the formula for the distribution began to take into consideration also the amount of budget implementation. Against the background of general decline in car sales in Russia in the first half of 2015 by 35.3% up to 913,2 thousand units, at the time of the second tranche allocation not all automakers had time to spend the money on the first round of state support. That is why the money for the second tranche were distributed in different proportions, interlocutors of three automakers explained "RBK". Officially, companies - participants of the recycling program do not comment the theme of the distribution of grants in 2015.
