OREANDA-NEWS. Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, has launched Tele2 Praktik, an annual internship for students of Russia’s leading universities. This year, young people from 19 regions of our country may join the Tele2 team.

The Tele2 Praktik program welcomes students from Chelyabinsk, Kaluga, Khabarovsk, Krasnodar, Magadan, Nizhniy Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy, Rostov-on-Don, Ryazan, Tula, Tyumen, Vladimir, Vladivostok and Voronezh, Yekaterinburg as well as from Moscow and St. Petersburg.

In 2016, interns can join the following departments: marketing, finance, HR, subscriber base management, sales, products, corporate communications, technical service and IT.

Candidates will be shortlisted following several selection stages including an interview, a test and business game. Finalists will get an opportunity to find out more about work in a large telecom company and will join a team of professionals for two summer months. From the very first day, interns take part in the company’s current projects, undergo different trainings and get valuable experience under the guidance of their mentors.

After a two-month program comes to an end, mentors will make appraisal of an intern’s work. Most successful candidates will be able to stay in the company and work flexible hours without interrupting their studies. Tele2 interns get a salary and enjoy all social guarantees.
