OREANDA-NEWS  Russia is ready to help the Persian Gulf countries with the restoration of oil refineries and technologies and equipment, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters.

"We are ready to provide, among other things, technologies and equipment. Today, almost the entire line of oil and gas equipment is manufactured in Russia, especially for oil refineries. Therefore, if such assistance is needed, our specialists can provide it," he said on the sidelines of the GECF summit, answering a relevant question.
