OREANDA-NEWS  The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have again attacked the Druzhba oil pipeline, through which Russia supplies oil to Slovakia and Hungary. This was announced by the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces (SBS) Robert Brody with the call sign "Magyar".

"Ukraine has again destroyed the Druzhba oil pipeline, through which Europe receives oil from [Russian President Vladimir] Putin. Putin," he said. Before that, the Ukrainian Armed Forces hit the oil pipeline on August 18.

On August 20, oil supplies from Russia to Hungary via the Druzhba pipeline resumed. According to Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto, Budapest expects that Ukraine will no longer launch such attacks on the oil pipeline, which is critically important for Hungary's energy supply.

Magyar was appointed head of the SBS in early June by decree of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. Brody pointed out the need to reform the organization of drone strikes deep into Russia, but declined to disclose details for reasons of secrecy.
