OREANDA-NEWS  The entry into force of the law "on the Russian wine shelf" is postponed for a year, until March 1, 2027, following the law "on the Russian shelf", with which it is connected, this will allow businesses to adapt and outlets to prepare for the introduction of mechanisms provided for the promotion of Russian goods, in particular wine, the state-Secretary - Deputy Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Roman Chekushov.

"Yes, of course," Chekushov replied on the sidelines of the International Transport and Logistics Forum to a question about postponing the entry into force of the law "on the Russian wine shelf" to March 1, 2027.

He explained that the draft law "on the Russian wine shelf" is inextricably linked with the project "on the Russian shelf". In this case, wine is one of the types of Russian products that will be promoted in Russia in a regulatory manner. Therefore, from the point of view of entry into force, these bills will not be divided.
