OREANDA-NEWS   The combined company Wildberries & Russ bought a chain of cosmetics stores RIVE GAUCHE. About this was reported in the press service of the RVB.

RVB received 100 percent of Aromalux LLC and UK PS Group LLC, which were owned by the Cyprus-based Rive Gauche Group. More than 250 RIVE GAUCHE stores have taken over the marketplace. The deal was closed on December 15th.

"Joining Wildberries, one of the largest RIVE GAUCHE networks, will allow us to develop omnichannel sales, significantly expand the range of brands on the virtual showcase and ensure the availability of Beauty products to customers in the regions and countries of presence," the press service explained.

Earlier, the Apr-City/TVD company, which is part of the Wildberries structure, acquired shares of Magas, the airport of Ingushetia, in the amount of 425 million rubles. The Russian region owned 338.5 thousand shares of the airport. Then they were included in a separate privatization program for 2023-2025.

The Moscow authorities also approved the company's construction of a 75-storey skyscraper in the Moscow City business cluster. The office of the combined company Wildberries & Russ will be located there.
