OREANDA-NEWS  The Chinese concern Changan is preparing to launch a new luxury SUV on the Russian market under the 07 index. In the press service of the editorial office brand Quto.ru It was reported that the model has already received vehicle type approval, which allows it to start production and sales in our country.

The dimensions of the model are 4825 x 1980 x 1620 mm in length, width and height, the size of the wheelbase is 2940 mm.

The novelty will be equipped with a serial hybrid installation, in which the 1.5-liter turbo engine works only to charge a 39.05-kilowatt CATL battery. The engine range will include a 314 hp electric motor mounted on the rear axle, as well as a twin-engined 502-horsepower powerplant. The total power reserve, depending on the version, will reach 932 or 900 km, respectively, of which the electric single—wheel drive version will be able to travel up to 207 km, all-wheel drive - up to 197 km.
