OREANDA-NEWS  It has become possible to replenish the Troika and the Muscovite's card for traveling in Moscow's transport in the Moscow Metro application using a digital ruble, Maxim Liksutov, Deputy mayor of the capital for transport and industry, told RIA Novosti.

"Together with the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and VTB, we launched replenishment of Troika and Moskvich cards using the digital ruble in the Moscow Metro application. The payment service works reliably and securely. For this, we conducted numerous tests and trials with our partners. Today, passengers have 14 payment options available that make trips even more comfortable," Liksutov said.

The deputy mayor noted that it is important to open a digital ruble account in advance. This can be done through the bank's mobile application, which is connected to the Bank of Russia platform.
