OREANDA-NEWS Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Edward Nalbandian and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Indonesia Retno Marsudi exchanged letters on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and Indonesia.

In message Foreign Minister Nalbandian notes that during the past 25 years jointly a good foundation was laid for the development of interstate relations and the promotion of friendly ties between two peoples.

Minister Nalbandian highly values the spirit of mutual trust, respect and cooperation in which both sides worked and expresses confidence that the recent dynamic in Armenian-Indonesian relations will continue to broaden, contributing to the enhancement of the bilateral agenda.

Edward Nalbandian notes with satisfaction that mutually beneficial cooperation has been established in the international fora, most notably, in the United Nations, and expresses hope that by taking such cooperation forward, both countries will contribute to the strengthening of peace and security in their respective regions and worldwide.

Minister Retno Marsudi extends her sincere felicitations on the occasion of celebration of 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and Indonesia and notes that during the past 25 years Armenian-Indonesian bilateral relations have been growing stronger and deeper based on the spirit of friendship, equality and mutual respect.

Retno Marsudi highlights that potentials of both countries have not been fully used yet and expresses confidence that Armenia and Indonesia further develop and strengthen relations of mutual interest in various spheres, raising them into a new higher level.

Concluding her message, Foreign Minister of Indonesia express her strong belief that 25th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations will give a new impetus to further strengthen the bond of friendship and cooperation between our two countries.
