OREANDA-NEWS Another foreign airline, VietJet Qazaqstan, has suspended flights to Russia. This is stated on the carrier's website.
It is specified that flights on the Astana — Omsk — Astana route will be canceled from July 9 to July 20 inclusive. This decision was made due to time restrictions on the use of airspace in the area of the Russian city and the inability to guarantee stable schedule performance.
The carrier promised to update information on subsequent flights as the situation develops. Passengers will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of booking.
Earlier in July, Air Arabia cancelled some flights between the United Arab Emirates and Russia. Timetable changes have occurred on the Sharjah — Moscow — Sharjah route.
