OREANDA-NEWS Germany transferred 20 more Marder infantry fighting vehicles with ammunition to Ukraine in a week, bringing the total number of vehicles of this type supplied by Berlin to 60, follows from the updated list of military assistance to Kiev published on the website of the German government.

In addition, during the week Ukraine received from Germany two armored vehicles for mine clearance Wisent 1, 20 reconnaissance drones RQ-35 Heidrun and 3 thousand artillery ammunition caliber 155 millimeters.

Russia earlier sent a note to NATO countries because of the supply of weapons to Ukraine. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov noted that any cargo that contains weapons for Ukraine will become a legitimate target for Russia. The Russian Foreign Ministry said that NATO countries were "playing with fire" by supplying weapons to Ukraine.
