OREANDA-NEWS British Prime Minister Andy Burnham and French President Emmanuel Macron held talks in London on Thursday on steps towards organizing the assembly of long-range cruise missiles in Ukraine.

"As for Ukraine, they discussed the next steps to establish assembly lines for long-range SCALP missiles in Ukraine, which use British technology," Burnham's office said in a press release.

In addition, the British Prime Minister and the French president discussed the results of the meeting of the coalition of the willing, which took place in Kiev last week.

During his visit to Ukraine, Burnham reportedly announced the transfer to Kiev of secret data on British components for the production of British-French missiles, known in France as the SCALP, and in the UK as the Storm Shadow.
