China's purchases of one type of Russian oil exceeded a billion dollars

OREANDA-NEWS The supply of rapeseed oil from Russia to China in January-October 2025 increased in physical terms by 20 percent to one million tons. This is reported by the federal center "Agroexport" with reference to the data of customs officials of the People's Republic of China.
It is noted that in monetary terms, purchases increased even more sharply — by 30 percent, exceeding a billion dollars.
Russia is confidently leading in the supply of this type of oil to China, amounting to $ 1.86 billion in 10 months. The top 3 is followed by Belarus (243 million) and the UAE (230 million).
Overall, shipments of Russian agro-industrial products to China increased by 11 percent in value terms during the reporting period.
Earlier it became known that China increased imports of Russian sparkling wines by 28 times in the first half of the year.
