OREANDA-NEWS   Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and special presidential envoy for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, advised Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk to stock up on jet fuel for a trip to Moscow for fuel.

"I'll see you in two months, when you come to Russia to ask for energy resources. Please stock up on enough jet fuel for the flight," Dmitriev wrote on the social network X.

This is how he commented on Tusk's entry in the same social network about the absence of Russians at an informal meeting of the leaders of the European Council - the heads of EU states.
