OREANDA-NEWS. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that Berlin is ready for dialogue with Moscow at all levels to resolve the situation around Ukraine. Scholz spoke about this after a meeting with the head of the Danish government, Mette Frederiksen, RIA Novosti reports.
