Israel strikes Iran nuclear facility

OREANDA-NEWS The Israeli Air Force has attacked the Talegan nuclear facility in Iran. This was stated by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in the Telegram channel.
"The Israeli Air Force, acting on the basis of accurate intelligence data from the IDF, attacked another facility of the Iranian nuclear program. The Talegan complex was used by the regime to develop critical capabilities for the development of nuclear weapons," the agency said.
The IDF claims that the complex was allegedly used to "develop modern explosives and conduct experiments on a secret nuclear weapons development program in the 2000s."
Earlier, the IDF announced a new series of strikes on targets in Iran.
On March 10, Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Iranian counterpart Masoud Peseshkian discussed the situation in the Middle East. The Russian leader reiterated his principled position in favor of an early de-escalation of the conflict.
